So how ’sweet talking’ is your self talk?

What did you say to yourself? 

Would you speak to another person this way?

The answer is probably No!

So why treat yourself this way?

I came across this video by Dr. Shad Helmstetter who explains “The Story of Self-Talk” and the programming that runs our lives!

And the origin of resolution which is from the Latin resolvere ” to loosen or release”

Goals:

Objective, aim, end, target, design, intention, intent, purpose, ambition, aspiration, wish, dream, desire, hope.

Sounds like the same thing to me!
