JulieI think it was Einstein that once said “If we did all the things of which we are capable, we would truly astound ourselves.”

I can find no record of what he said next but I like to think he would have told us that our own estimates of our capabilities fall woefully short of the heights we can actually reach. There can be a hundred reasons for this: family, partners, school, “friends” (Yes………… real friends build us up not pull us down!).

But I haven’t created this website to analyze everything that’s gone wrong, like a jukebox that plays all the lousy songs. I have one sole and single aim……to show you how you can truly astound yourself.

I was a successful model for more than a decade. Many young girls dream of being a model, so when I became one I didn’t stop to question if this was actually my dream or what I really wanted.

I didn’t create my life: my life created me.

So, like many people who achieve outer success but inner frustration I spent several years fighting my demons…of drink, drugs and bulimia.

My life was a serial melodrama that left me emotionally drained. The concept of setting goals; actually forming a plan and taking action to purposefully achieve them was certainly not part of my agenda.

Life has so many distractions when you don’t know where you’re going.

I began to realize several years ago that if you don’t spend your time creating your own dreams then you are destined to spend your life helping to create someone else’s. And when someone else’s dream brings you material success, it is all too easy to sell yourself short and watch the years drift away into an ocean of regrets and missed possibilities.

My relentless pursuit to answer “What do I really want from life and how do I get it?” has led me into the fields of Personal Development and Human Potential. I learned that joy and happiness sprang from personal power; from being at the ‘cause’ and not the ‘effect’ of life. I learned, too that I could take this message to others and impact their lives in ways that would have seemed impossible a few short years before………..

I began to astound myself!

Now I want to share this message with you. We shall peel away the layers that time and life have used to cover the diamond that shines within you.

I reach out my hand to take you on this journey of discovery: see yourself as you want yourself to be….and become that person!

So if you’re up for creating an amazing life for yourself then register for my free e-course and create your Personal Passport to Success.

Perhaps I can end with one more borrowed but inspiring thought, this time from George Bernard Shaw in “Man and Superman”:

Life is about creating yourself not about finding yourself
